How we calculated this
- Cost per lead: $125. B2B advertisers see roughly $138–166 per lead on Meta and about $94 on Google Search for business services. LinkedIn runs closer to $200. Sources: Metadata.io 2025 B2B benchmarks, WordStream 2026 Google Ads benchmarks.
- 30% of leads book a call, 65% of booked calls show up, and your close rate is the one you entered. Higher-intent leads book more often, especially with an instant scheduler.
- Testing budget: plan for $2,500–$5,000 a month for at least 3 months. Meta's algorithm needs about 50 conversions per ad set per week to exit its learning phase, which most service businesses can't buy outright.
- Creative: roughly 8–12 new ad assets a month, refreshed every 3–4 weeks as they fatigue. Costs use ~$190 per UGC-style video, ~$40/hour editing and ~$25/hour design (Upwork rates).
- Learning curve: 40–80 hours over 1–3 months to run Google or Meta ads with confidence (Noble Desktop). Ongoing hours are our estimate.
- These are estimates, not a quote or a promise. Your real numbers depend on your offer, market and creative.
